It's always nice to do a photo shoot out in the woods. The fresh morning air and the greenery is a good change of scenery. There is also nothing like the holiday spirit than hanging dresses and ornaments on wild trees. :P
Inspired by an August Vogue photo shoot, Diana came up with the idea of doing the holiday pieces in the woods. I then thought of the Codornices Park in North Berkeley. We explored the place Monday afternoon and took some sample pictures.
On Wednesday morning, after a supply run and steaming the dresses, we set off to the park. The first dress hanging in the woods by itself was quite creepy so we proceeded to add ornaments, which made it a lot better. Good thing we weren't doing this at night, I think we would have been too freaked out to continue.
